Properties of Natural Wood

We only use high-quality FSC®-certified wood. The wood has fine knots, a smooth surface and a light, even colour.

Good to know:

• Small cracks and colour differences are natural characteristics of wood.
• Small gaps between the boards are caused by the wood moving. Once properly treated, the wood stops “moving”.
• Dimensions may vary by 1–2 mm due to natural wood properties.

Caring for the Wooden Children’s Table

• Treat all wooden parts before assembly with a wood preservative.
• After assembly, finish the table with exterior paint or varnish for protection against rain, moisture and sunlight.
• Check the paint layer every 6 months.
• Clean with a soft, damp cloth; avoid harsh cleaning agents or chemicals.

Our products come with a 2-year warranty on defective parts, valid when assembled according to the instructions.

• Check the parts list within 14 days of purchase.
• Defective parts that have already been treated or assembled are not covered by the warranty.
• Report defects in writing and please include photos and the LOT number as well.
