How does the lowest price guarantee work step by step?
1. Order from Bearwood. 2. Find the identical product cheaper at a Belgian seller. 3. Within 30 days, send the link, price (including VAT) and reference/model via the contact form. 4. Our team checks within 1-2 working days. 5. If approved: immediate price reduction or credit note. Example: garden building M351 €4.200 with us, €3.800 elsewhere → save €400.
Until when can I submit a claim?
Within 30 days of the order date – this gives you plenty of time to compare prices, even after delivery, assembly or installation of your garden building.
Does the guarantee apply to the whole range?
Yes, to all core products: garden buildings, log cabins, pool houses, timber garages, carports, garden offices, gates, play equipment and fencing. If in doubt, we will check the model for you.

For standard models and semi-bespoke work (e.g. adding extra windows or doors), yes. Purely unique bespoke designs (with no comparable reference) fall outside it, because they cannot be compared objectively.
What if the lower price is a temporary promotion, winter sale or seasonal discount?
Yes, normal promotions count as long as they are not tied to bundles, compulsory memberships or manufacturer cashback. A €500 discount on a log cabin simply counts.
