The Excellent swing Asterix is made of planed, dried and 95% heart-free Douglas fir (splinter-free). No sharp corners, but neat chamfered edges make for a very exclusive and above all attractive swing! The uprights are treated with Postsaver to prevent rot, so the swing guarantees many years of outdoor fun! It is supplied as a kit with clear instructions for self-assembly.

Double the life of the wood
Every Authentic swing with posts that go into the ground comes with a Postsaver. During installation, 5 cm of the Postsaver is left above ground and about 35 cm below ground. Because the sleeve reduces the moisture content to well below 25%, the organisms that cause wood rot cannot survive, keeping the post in optimal condition.

Safe finish
The swings are safely finished with cover caps wherever they are screwed, for complete safety.
